A giant freak wave claimed Darren on the first of april 06 while on a night out in blackpool .
A helicopter and a life boat spent hours searching for Darren before his body was found washed up on
the beach in the early hours of the morning.
Darren came from a large family he was one of 5 children Andrew,Lisa,Charlotte and Tony. Tony sadly
died 5 years ago.
He also had 4 children Nicole,13,Chloe,8,joseph 9 ,and frankie-leigh,8 months.He also had another
daughter Levi who died in 1996 of meningitous aged only 11 weeks.
Darren was a lovely person and he will sadly missed by his family and freinds.
R.I.P DARREN(DAD) until we meet again xxxx

Just so were clear about this...I have never ever once said Frankie wasnt Darrens same as I never said any of you wernt his children! I was the one saying he was talking out of his bum when he denyd..Im not stupid or niaeve..i know exactly what he did and who he was!..All i have ever said is I dont want it rubbing in my face..thats it!...So we will just leave it at that!..you do your thing... we will do ours!..We were all told our own things by him..and thats fine we will all live in our own little worlds...he had a different relationship with each and everyone of us..its that simple...we all knew our own Darren...thats it!..all this argueing isnt going to bring him back is it?...so I wish you all a happy life Mel x

An Elephant in the Room
There's an elephant in the room.
It is large and squatting,
So it is hard to get around it.
Yet we squeeze by with "How are you?" And "I'm Fine."
And a thousand other forms of trivial chatter.
We talk about the weather.
We talk about work.
We talk about everything - except the elephant in the room.
There's an elephant in the room.
We all know it is there.
We are thinking about the elephant as we talk together.
It is constantly on our minds.
For you see, it is a very big elephant.
It has hurt us all.
But we do not talk about the elephant in the room.

For if we talk about her death,
Perhaps we can talk about her life?
Can I say, "Lisa" to you and not have you look away?

well its nearly christmas and weve just been 2 c u, i no u knew we was there but it so hard to put u a xmas card on ur grave when we should b giving it 2 u face 2 face. wat we wud do 4 it 2 b last xmas at our ouse we ad so much fun. love and miss u always and 4 eva chunky & little scroat
