A giant freak wave claimed Darren on the first of april 06 while on a night out in blackpool .
A helicopter and a life boat spent hours searching for Darren before his body was found washed up on
the beach in the early hours of the morning.
Darren came from a large family he was one of 5 children Andrew,Lisa,Charlotte and Tony. Tony sadly
died 5 years ago.
He also had 4 children Nicole,13,Chloe,8,joseph 9 ,and frankie-leigh,8 months.He also had another
daughter Levi who died in 1996 of meningitous aged only 11 weeks.
Darren was a lovely person and he will sadly missed by his family and freinds.
R.I.P DARREN(DAD) until we meet again xxxx
Half Brother
What an emotional rollercoaster time this has been, today I was searching the web for family and friends, which I have done for many years. and now with the up most of sadness in my heart and tears running down my face, I have found out that my two younger step brothers had passed away, my grief and sorrow will forever be contained with my short time knowing both of them in my memories of two brothers whom I have always held a great deal of respect and love, Darren was not only a step brother, but also a friend in our time of knowing each other, Darren will always remain in my heart as a fantastic young man which I knew, how much I want to turn back the time and would have done anything to had more time to get to know both of my step brother, the word step brothers is very wrong in many ways at times like this and wish I could have been able to have just said Brothers, as I have never felt like a step brother whatever that means, as I have always said to others that I do have brothers and sisters, and never said step brothers and step sisters, I came to search for you Darren and the family a few times before when in England, but could not find you, but you were always in my mind and have been from the last time of all being together
Good Night Darren, you were a perfect younger step brother and will always be missed and always in my thought’s with my Treasured memories

Frankie needs to no what kind ov a dad yu wa... she needs t no yur laff.. yur voice :( well asif tnyt hasnt been upsettin for me enuff al ready with all th stuff goin on in ma love life... ( if yur watchin down yu wil understand) then a look at th time.. 3 o clock.. jus cudnt keep in th tiers nomore.. had t come out...i miss you soo much man... cnt wait till am high in th sky chillin on th clouds with yu.. untill the day we meet darren.. rest in peace.. love frm cree x x x x

heyy darren..am soo sorry i ant been on eya for ages..i wa readin my old diary the uva day bwt wen u wa wi mum...then i started cryin..i miss you soo much darren..i keep imaginin wot u'd b like now..but then i keep finkin bwt all th memeries..it still hurts..frankies soo big now...shes a cheaky lil lady..defo takes after you lol i might come down and see you soon..but the weathrs been crap so lets just see how it is this week. rest in peace darren..love you..x
